Everest 2013 | "First Pakistani Female SUMMITs Everest"
As per initial reports arriving from Everest's Southeast ridge, Samina Baig and Mirza Ali reached the SUMMIT at around 0730Hrs local time. This makes Samina Baig first Pakistani female to reach SUMMIT of Everest or any peak above 8000m. Mirza Ali is third Pakistani man to reach the top of the world.
Indian twin sisters Tashi and Nugshi were also at the top of Everest. By hoisting Pakistani and Indian flags side by side, thefour South-Asians wanted to spread the message of peace and friendship.
